    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it and we will refund you purchase if it is eligible. A refund, exchange or store credit is subject to the terms below. Please read following content carefully.
    Our Return/Exchange Policy
  • All COSTUME items are not refundable, only size exchange will be accepted.


  • We do not accept returns on PANTIES, BABYDOLLS, BODYSUITS, TEDDIES, LEATER/VINYL LINGERIE, HOSIERY, and any LINGERIE SET that include a panty. Due to sanitary/health concerns and Federal Laws. These items may be exchanged only if we ship you a size that is different than the size on your order.


  • SWIMWEAR must be in new, never-worm condition with all tags and protective inner lining intact to be accepted for return and exchange.


  • All sales of CLEARANCE item are FINAL and no returns will be accepted, so please be sure you choose the correct size and color when purchasing clearance items.


  • We cannot accept open or used COSMETICS


  • All items must be unused, unworn, unsoiled, unwashed, and in the same condition with original packing as received, and must have all tags attached.


  • If you return items in used condition, we reserve the right to refuse your return or exchange! You will be responsible for the cost to have them shipped back to you.
  • Health regulations require us to maintain these policies.
    Instructions For Return/Exchange
  • Item(s) must be returned within 21 days of the invoice/shipping date for a refund or exchange. We cannot accept items returned after 21 days. That means items received after 21 days will be refused and returned to the sender.


  • Refunds or exchanges will not be accept without an eight digits Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMAN#). You must request a RMAN# within 14 days of the invoice/shipping date. Please email us at help@LingerieVenus.com to obtain a RMAN#. Once you receive this RMAN#, you have 7 days to return the items to us. RMAN# must be written on your original invoice included in the package you send to us. Returns received without a RMAN# will be refused and send back at your expense.


  • We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You will receive a refund in the same credit card used in the original order within 7 to 14 business days or a store credit can be issue from Lingerie Venus. If there are additional charges to be made for exchange, we will charge the difference to the credit card used for the original order unless other wise specified.


  • SHIPPING CHARGE and GIFT WRAP CHARGE on returned items are non-refundable


  • For exchanges, there is no additional shipping charge.


  • For your protection, please insure any items that you return to us and retain your shipping receipt and tracking number. We are not responsible for return shipping costs or returned items that are lost in transit or do not reach us. (IMPORTANT)


  • We will not refund the return shipping cost, unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect.
  • Return/Exchange Procedure
    STEP 1 - Please email us at help@LingerieVenus.com to obtain a RMAN#.

    For Return: Please include your name, order#, item#, and a description of the reason for your return. This would help us to make improvement and to serve you better in the future.

    For Exchange: Please include an item#, color, and size you would like in exchange with our original order number.

    STEP 2 - Wait for our customer service reply. We will email you a RMAN# within 1 business day.

    STEP 3 - Pack the returned item(s) along with a copy of original invoice and with RMAN# (IMPORTANT). Please mark RMA# outside of package you send to us.

    STEP 4 - Send your return/exchange package to: Lingerie Venus (Returns and Exchanges)
    (Please refer to the shipping label of your original package for our address.)
