  • How long does it take for orderable items to ship?
  • We don't like to give an exact time-line for orderable items, because shipping times can vary depending on the time of year, the manufacturer, etc. An orderable item can ship as soon as 3 days, or can take up to several weeks or months if the item is on backorder from the manufacturer.

    If you are in a rush for something, or have a deadline, we strongly recommend ordering an item that is stated as being in stock. If you don't have a deadline, and can wait if necessary, we have a large selection of non-stock items we are sure you would enjoy!

    If you are interested in a orderable item, but need it by a specific deadline, please email service@lingerievenus.com with the item #, size, and color, and we will give you an estimate of how long it will take for that item to ship.
  • What is an orderable item?
  • An orderable item is item that does not in stock. We order this item in as soon as you place your order from our manufacturer, and ship it off to you as soon as it arrives at our warehouse.
  • How to contact with LingerieVenus.com customer service?
  • Our friendly customer representatives can be reached by email at help@lingerievenus.com or by calling our toll free number 1-877-888-5339 (Monday thru Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm). Email will be usually replied within 24 hours.
  • Other technical problems?
  • Before contacting Lingerie Venus we recommend that you update your PC using the Windows Update tool. If problems persist, please email support@lingerievenus.com
  • What does product availability mean?
  • Item(s) with In Stock indicator will be shipped within 2-3 days.

    If an item shows Orderable for its availability, that we currently do not have this item in stock but we can order for you from our vender, it may take 4-7 days to ship out your order.

    Back-Ordered items may take up to 2 weeks (or more) to ship out.

    For Pre-Order items, please refer to Release Date in product detail page. We will ship out Pre-Order items the same day once they arrive our warehouse.
  • Which browser do you support?
  • We recommend that you use one of the following browsers to access LingerieVenus.com: Netscape Navigator (version 3 or higher) Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 3 or higher) America Online (version 3 or higher). You must have your browser's "Javascripts" and "Cookies" feature enabled in order to browse out website without any error messages.

  • By correctly browsing our website, you have to enable your “Javascripts” in your window setting. For Microsoft XP Sp2, you also have to temperately allow the Pop up window in order to view larger images with LingerieVenus.com
  • Can I order products from outside of the United States?
  • At this moment, we are not able to take foreign orders online and we hope to do so in the near future. However, you still can email or call us to place your order by phone.
  • How long does it take my order to arrive?
  • Once your order has been shipped out from our warehouse. It takes: 4-7 working days for Standard Delivery, 2-3 for days Express Delivery.
  • How long does it take my order to ship out?
  • We usually ship out customer's order within 2-3 days if all the item(s) are in-stock of your order. If you have back order items in your order, please allow us extra 4-7 days to ship out your order.
  • How to cancel my order?
  • Once you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned to the same address, in their original condition, within 30 days of receipt.

    The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the return package using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
  • How to track my order?
  • We will notify you with your USPS delivery confirmation number or UPS tracking number when your package is shipped out. You can click here to track your order.
  • Is my order sent discreetly?
  • All orders are shipped in plain packaging and the shipping label does not mention our company name or the word "Lingerie".
  • Is ordering online secure?
  • Ordering from LingerieVenus.com is secure and private. We are using 128-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to encrypt all of your information for your protection. All the information you provide to us won't be selled or exchanged with other websites.
  • What if I need to return/exchange my order?
  • Items purchased from LingerieVenus.com may be returned for a refund (excluding shipping charges) or exchange up to 21 days after the date of shipment.

  • Why didn't I receive my order confirmation email?
  • Order confirmation email and all email inquiry will be replied within 24 hours (excluded Saturady and Sunday).

    If you do not receive any response within 24 hours, please check your email account for junk mail options, our email reply might be blocked by your junk mail filter.
